Hi, I recently booked a trip through Hanoi Backpackers' Hostel for the Sapa Trekk Homestay. Initially I wanted to do the 2 days 3 nights tour but was charged and booked for the 3 days 4 night. Once arriving at the hostel everything was changed there but I was then charged in cash and I have a reciept I could scan and forward for the 2 day 3 night tour. Therefore I would like a refund of $270.40. Please advise.
