How do visit Sapa by car?

Now I am in Hanoi and I want to visit Sapa by car. Where can I catch up car to visit Sapa?

It is possible to hire a private car to visit Sapa, however, in my opinion, catching a night train will be best option. do not travel by bus, i do not think there has been quality bus to Sapa from hanoi.
